The Thrive Program teaches you everything you need to know about eating healthy and ensuring you achieve your goals in a sustainable way. You are provided with tools, resources and daily information so you gain confidence in taking control of your health. The program runs for 4 weeks and includes a 21 day challenge. As part of this, you will have your very own coach to support you throughout the 4 weeks, you will meet for an hour each week to discuss your progress and of course, celebrate your achievements! You are welcome to contact your coach outside of these sessions if you have any questions or require additional support.
